Licensing rules should be readable by everyone. So should the site that explains them.
Our Target
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA. In practice, the site should work with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, at high zoom, and for people who need more contrast or less motion.
Built In
- Dark and light themes, both with contrast-checked palettes, switchable from every page
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines
- A skip-to-content link at the top of every page
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and labels for assistive technology
- Icons marked decorative so screen readers read the words, not the pictures
- Motion that stands down when your system asks for reduced motion
- Text that scales with your browser's zoom and font settings
In Progress
Our planners are rich interactive tools, and we keep improving how their dropdowns, checklists, and results announce themselves to assistive technology. If any part of one fights you, that's a bug to us.
